ZX115 DC resistor


Multi-value resistors are resistance measuring instruments with variable resistance values. Each decade disk is an independent component composed of a precision wire-wound resistor element and a switch. The precision resistor is connected between each contact point on the switch. By moving the brush of the rotary switch on each contact point and changing the position of the brush, the resistance value corresponding to each decimal disk reading can be obtained between the four terminals.

    The switch used in the resistor is closed, the brush does not need to be cleaned, the contact pressure is small, the life is long, and the variation is small. The support is made of high-insulation engineering plastic, and the whole machine has good insulation. The original components of precision wirewound resistors are made of high-quality enameled manganese-copper alloy wire and are non-inductively wound. After strict processing, they have good long-term stability.
    This machine adopts a fully enclosed shell to reduce the impact of the external environment on the internal structure, and adopts a four-terminal wiring method to reduce the impact of external wiring on the resistance error.
