The HG-2000 moisture content online analyzer is suitable for the following occasions where moisture content/moisture content needs to be measured:
Online measurement of crude oil moisture content, including high water content, low water content crude oil and imported crude oil;
Online measurement of trace moisture in finished oil, engine oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil and chemical products;
Other highly corrosive aqueous liquid media.

Features:
Using the principle of radio frequency penetration absorption and dual-frequency capacitance, non-contact measurement, no moving parts. It not only ensures high resolution, but also has strong adaptability to oil products;
The primary instrument is a truncated flange structure, which can directly replace the radioactive water content instrument installed in the early stages of the oil field;
The probe is made of a combination of 316 stainless steel and F4, which can be adapted to most measured media including acids, alkaline liquids and organic solvents such as toluene;
With a built-in temperature sensor (range 0~100℃), the instrument can perform temperature measurement display and temperature compensation for moisture content measurement results without the need for an external temperature transmitter; when the medium temperature is higher than 100℃, an external temperature transmitter can be connected.
