  • 1 Overview
    This device is a three-phase 0.05 level meter-source integrated device designed in accordance with the requirements of the calibration regulations JJG124-2005 "Calibration Regulations for Ammeters, Voltmeters, Power Meters and Resistance Meters", JJG 307-2006, etc. The core technology of the device uses a high-precision power frequency AC collector composed of a digital signal processor (DSP) and a 16-bit high-speed analog-to-digital converter; the signal part of the source uses a DSP and a 16-bit high-speed digital-to-analog converter. Form a controllable sine wave and distortion wave signal source.
    The device has the characteristics of high precision, stable and reliable operation, convenient and flexible operation.

    2 Main functions and features
    2.1 Can semi-automatically or manually check the basic errors of various power frequency meters (voltmeters, ammeters, power meters, frequency meters, power factor meters, phase meters) in the power system, and the influencing quantities such as voltage, current, waveform, power factor, etc. The amount of changes caused, etc.
    2.2 The power supply part can generate distorted waves with 2nd to 31st harmonics. The number, order, amplitude and phase of the harmonics to the fundamental wave can all be programmable.
    2.3 The working frequency band of the power amplifier is 40HZ~1kHZ and has good linearity. The current power amplifier is a constant current source, and the voltage power amplifier is a constant voltage source. Due to its light weight, this device is more suitable for on-site verification.
    2.4 Equipped with RS-232 interface. Through the host computer software (optional), the device is controlled by the computer to conduct automatic or manual inspection, and process and manage the results.
    2.5 It is equipped with a large-capacity non-volatile memory, which can store 300 pieces of raw test data of the tested instruments for review and upload.
    2.6 The electric energy meter can be calibrated according to the load point detected by the electric energy meter or at a self-selected point.
