    2. Main features and functions

    1. The device adopts an integrated structure of meter and source, and can be connected to a three-meter hanging meter stand (the first meter adopts a meter stand that conforms to the State Grid smart meter wiring method, and the other meter locations are conventional aluminum alloy meter stands, using crimped wiring. method); it can also be used as a field calibrator on site.

    2. The host adopts a 7-inch color TFT touch screen (resistive screen, which can be clicked with fingertips), ARM embedded system, WINCE operating system, the signal source adopts STM RAM system, and a large-scale FPGA outputs 36,000 points of 12-bit DDS synthetic waveform, 16-bit D/A amplitude modulation output has the advantages of high stability and low distortion.

The entire device consists of a program-controlled digital synthesized harmonic signal source, a Class D power amplifier, a meter rack with built-in isolation PT for three meters, a single-phase multi-function standard meter, a time reference source, a multi-function meter processor, and an intelligent electric energy meter. It is composed of test module, communication test module, current clamp and calibration management software platform.

The programmable source, power amplifier, voltage and current generator and other modules are all modular in design, which facilitates the quick disassembly, assembly and maintenance of each functional unit. Using high-efficiency pulse width modulation technology, the output voltage (current) has high efficiency, low heat generation, good stability, and low failure rate.

    5. The device has complete protection functions, including current open circuit, overload protection, voltage short circuit protection and other functions.

    6. Equipped with a dedicated clock reference of the GPS module and a built-in 2×10-7 high-precision constant-temperature crystal oscillator, it is used to test the clock pulse output accuracy of smart meters. It can also calculate daily timing errors and accurately time smart meters.
