HG112 low resistance meter tester


HG112 low resistance meter tester is a standard instrument for measuring, calibrating and verifying DC low resistance testers (digital bridge, microohmmeter, etc.). The HG112 low resistance meter tester has ten ranges: ×103Ω, ×102Ω, ×101Ω, ×100Ω, ×10-1Ω, ×10-2Ω, ×10-3Ω, ×10-4Ω, ×10-5Ω, ×10- 6Ω. Each range has 20 resistance values. The ×10-2Ω, ×10-3Ω, ×10-4Ω, ×10-5Ω, ×10-6Ω range is a dedicated DC analog resistance box, which uses a resistor network line and provides (0. 01mΩ~1μΩ) DC analog equivalent resistance.

    This calibrator can calibrate DC resistance testers (digital bridge, microohmmeter) with a range of (1 μΩ~20kΩ) and an accuracy of ≤5×10-4.

    Used power: Low-range resistance disks ×10-2Ω, ×10-3Ω, ×10-4Ω, ×10-5Ω, ×10-6Ω are composed of resistor networks. The power of each plate should be different.

    Note: Please do not exceed the maximum current during use, and only for a short period of time, otherwise the resistor will be burned out.

    6. Insulation resistance: Under nominal conditions, the insulation resistance between the metal shell and the terminals of the instrument is not less than 500MΩ, and the test voltage is 500V.

    7. Withstand voltage test: Under nominal conditions, the instrument should withstand a 50Hz sine wave alternating current voltage of 1000V between the metal shell and the terminals, and the test lasts for 1 minute without breakdown or discharge.
