DO30-Ⅵ AC multifunctional calibrator is a multifunctional precision calibrator with multi-range, wide range, high-precision seven-and-a-half-digit output and display. The instrument can be displayed through a large color touch screen to facilitate manual detection by users. The instrument can output high-accuracy AC voltage/current, AC power, and AC power with power factor control. It is suitable for calibrating or verifying various AC voltmeters, AC ammeters, power meters, and power meters below level 0.1. Calibration devices such as factor tables, phase meters, frequency meters, and AC power analyzers can also be used as AC standard sources.

  • I. Overview

    DO30-Ⅵ AC multifunctional calibrator is a multifunctional precision calibrator with multi-range, wide range, high-precision seven-and-a-half-digit output and display. The instrument can be displayed through a large color touch screen to facilitate manual detection by users. The instrument can output high-accuracy AC voltage/current, AC power, and AC power with power factor control. It is suitable for calibrating or verifying various AC voltmeters, AC ammeters, power meters, and power meters below level 0.1. Calibration devices such as factor tables, phase meters, frequency meters, and AC power analyzers can also be used as AC standard sources. This instrument fully complies with the relevant requirements of JJG 124-2005 "Calibration Regulations for Ammeters, Voltmeters, Power Meters and Resistance Meters" and JJF 1587-2016 "Calibration Regulations for Digital Multimeters". It can be widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, measurement, aerospace, Quality inspection, measurement, teaching and research measurement standards and instrument maintenance work for military industry, scientific research institutes, railways, electric power, troops, schools and other units.
    2. Main functions and features

    The instruments that can be calibrated by this instrument are as follows: AC indicating instruments, AC voltmeters, AC ammeters, single-phase AC power meters, AC power analyzers, AC clamp meters, etc.

    2.1 The maximum AC voltage output is 1100 V, the maximum current is 110A, and the AC frequency range is: 45Hz~1kHz.

    2.2 It can accurately output AC active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, etc.

    2.3 The maximum and minimum values of electricity can be automatically recorded through the software, the average value and standard deviation can be calculated, and the stability can be analyzed.

    2.4 It has strong load capacity, ensuring stable and accurate values under full load conditions, and can cover the calibration of analog meters.

    2.5 output has various value adjustment methods such as "fixed-point output, potentiometer adjustment, rotary encoder, step proportion" and so on.

    2.6 Equipped with a large-size LCD touch color screen, the value display is intuitive and the operation is very convenient.

    2.7 The output has complete software and hardware protection functions (overload protection, voltage short-circuit protection, current open-circuit protection, overheating protection, etc.) to improve the long-term reliability of the equipment.

    2.8 Harmonics 2 to 31 times, amplitude 0 to 40%, phase fineness of each harmonic 0.010·N (N is the harmonic order)
